We offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro Builder plan subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with system performance, you may request a full refund within 14 days of upgrade.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply email billing@bornalabs.in with your workspace ID or invoice number. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Enterprise Contracts
Custom Enterprise agreements are governed by their respective SLA contract terms.
